Using Osmo cameras, Zoom microphones, and green screen technology, the students of I.C. Pirandello, guided by artist Maria Pecchioli, had the opportunity to explore and take on the various roles involved in film production — from directing to writing the story and script, all the way to filming, sound recording, and hair & makeup.
Starting from the theme of spirit animals, the video clip explores self-narration: a subjective storytelling by the students that, thanks to the green screen, allowed them to expand the physical boundaries of their school environment.
The film is the outcome of the workshop CCinema oltre lo specchio, part of the second edition of Oltre lo schermo, a project by Lo Schermo dell’Arte, carried out within the framework of the Piano Nazionale Cinema e Immagini per la Scuola promoted by MiC and MIM.
